Home Vibration Plate Specs: Maker-Stated Data for 12 UK Plates
This table lists what the makers of 12 home vibration plates state about their own products: vibration type, frequency in Hz, maximum user weight, dimensions and motor power. Each row links to the maker's product page, which we opened on 18 October 2026. Where the page does not state a figure, the table says Not published rather than guessing.
For what the research says about frequency, see our vibration plate statistics page and the frequency guide.
The specification table
The plate name links to our review where we have one. Dimensions are the overall unit size each maker states, not the standing area, so do not read them as platform size. The row for Merach 2398 links to our review of the Merach CV30 Pro, which we matched to this model on listed features, not on a statement from Merach.

What the makers do not publish
Frequency in Hz is the easiest figure to compare and the one most makers leave out. Speed levels, such as 99 or 180, are not Hz and cannot be converted to Hz from the number of levels alone. Amplitude, the distance the platform moves, is stated in millimetres for only three of these plates, and acceleration in g for none.
- Both Reviber plates, the three Bodi-Tek plates and both Merach plates do not state a frequency in Hz.
- Only Bluefin and Power Plate state Hz. Bluefin's own page gives two figures for the Premium Pro (14.6 Hz in the specification table, 4 to 10.7 Hz in the description) and we show both.
- Power Plate states six fixed settings between 30 and 40 Hz. The Bluefin Ultra Slim, Slim Plus and 4D state 12 Hz for their main vertical mode, and the 4D adds a 34.6 Hz micro oscillation mode.
- The Bodi-Tek 4D and Vibration Plate Exerciser Pro were sold out on Bodi-Tek's own store when we checked, so they are marked as such.
Maximum user weight
The stated maximum user weight ranges from 100 kg to 200 kg across these plates. A stated limit is the maker's figure, not a promise about how well the motor copes near it.
Merach 2398 is drawn at its main 136 kg figure; its page also offers 160 and 200 kg options. Cite this chart: bestvibrationplates.co.uk.

Makers change their pages without notice, so check the linked page before relying on a figure. If you spot a difference, tell us through the contact page and we will recheck it. See also all our vibration plate reviews and the linear, oscillating and dual motion comparison.
Method
Every figure was read from the maker's own product page. We did not use retailer listings, marketplace pages or customer reviews for any specification, and we show no prices, ratings or review counts. Where one page gives two figures that disagree, both are shown. Not published means the page we opened does not state it.
